退货证据使用条款与证据说明

退货证据是一款帮助用户记录、整理、对比和导出出货与退货材料的工具。

  • 本 App 不判断商品真假、欺诈、责任、因果关系或法律可采性，也不保证任何平台、物流、支付、保险或司法程序的处理结果。
  • 文件指纹和签名可以检测保存后的文件变化，但不能证明镜头中的陈述或场景一定真实，也不能证明包裹在录像后未被再次打开。
  • 服务器签名时间凭证表明服务器在所列时间签署了相应文件指纹，不是政府公证、区块链存证、平台背书或对画面真实性的认证。
  • 你应确保拍摄、保存和分享符合所在地法律、平台规则、合同和隐私义务。
  • 导出文件可能包含客户地址、运单和其他个人信息，你有责任采用适当方式保护和分享。
  • 交易风险备忘是你的本地事实记录，不是公共黑名单或欺诈判定。只应记录客观、可核实且与合法经营有关的信息，并及时纠正或删除不准确内容。
  • 前20笔出货记录可免费使用并永久保留，其关联售后取证、查看和导出不会被锁定；建立第21笔新出货记录前需要终身解锁。终身解锁是由 Apple 处理的非消耗型 App 内购买；退款和购买管理适用 Apple 的条款。
  • 本地数据会在你删除案件或卸载 App 时移除，开发者没有服务器副本可以恢复。
  • 可选邮箱账户或短信能力可用时的 +86 手机账户，只用于备份和恢复店铺身份资料，并不是云端证据备份。你可以在设置中修改密码或删除账户；退出或删除账户不会删除本机证据。

继续使用本 App 即表示你理解其作为记录工具的范围和限制。

ReturnGuard Terms and Evidence Notice

ReturnGuard helps users record, organize, compare, and export shipment and return materials.

  • ReturnGuard does not determine authenticity, fraud, responsibility, causation, legal admissibility, or the outcome of any marketplace, carrier, payment, insurance, or court process.
  • File fingerprints and signatures can detect later file changes. They do not prove that statements or scenes are truthful or that a parcel was not reopened.
  • A server-signed time receipt shows that the server signed a file fingerprint at the listed time. It is not government notarization, blockchain proof, marketplace endorsement, or certification of recorded content.
  • You are responsible for complying with applicable law, platform rules, contracts, and privacy obligations.
  • Exports may contain personal information. You are responsible for protecting and sharing it appropriately.
  • Transaction risk reminders are private factual notes, not a public blacklist or fraud determination. Keep them objective and verifiable, and correct or delete inaccurate entries.
  • The first 20 shipment records are available without purchase and remain accessible. Their linked after-sales evidence, viewing, and exports stay available. Lifetime Unlock is required before shipment record 21 and is a non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple.
  • Local records are removed when you delete a case or uninstall the app. The developer has no server copy that can restore them.
  • An optional email account or, when available, a +86 phone account backs up and restores only store-profile identity metadata. It is not a cloud evidence backup. You may change the password or delete the account in Settings; signing out or deleting it does not delete local evidence.
